Soft rose to salmon pink over clear to milky quartz, with the color coming from natural hematite inclusion rather than surface staining — it sits inside the crystal and varies in depth from piece to piece. Points run roughly 1 to 3½ inches. Most carry the horizontal striations across the faces that Lemurian material is known for, and several are record keepers with raised triangular markings on the termination faces.
