Every lot is filmed
Each lot on this site is photographed and filmed before it is listed. The video is the
description of record: what you see in the footage is the exact material that ships to you.
Weights and piece counts listed are measured, not estimated.
Because of this, we ask that you review the video before ordering. If you would like
additional angles or closer footage of any lot, request it before purchase and we will film and send it. 

Delicate material
Zeolites, fine needle sprays, thin crystal terminations, and points are fragile by nature.
Every lot is packed individually in bubble and paper inside a double-wall box, and
packing is done specifically for the material in that lot.
Even so, minor tip contact and small chips can occur in transit on this kind of material
and are considered normal for wholesale mineral lots.

Damage in transit
If a lot arrives with significant damage — a broken specimen, or loss that meaningfully
changes the value of the lot — do the following:
1. Photograph the box, the packing, and the contents before unpacking further.
Carriers require this for claims, and we cannot pursue one without it.
2. Email us within 3 days of delivery at 
CrystabelleFineMinerals@gmail.com with those photos and your order number.
We will replace, credit, or refund the affected portion of the order. Which of the three
depends on whether comparable material is on hand, and we will discuss it with you
rather than decide unilaterally. Your satisfaction matters to us and we will make it right.

Wrong or missing material
If what arrives does not match the video, the listed weight, or the listed piece count,
email us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it at our cost — including return
shipping if a return is needed.

Returns
Lots are one-of-a-kind and are filmed in full before purchase, so all sales are final except in the cases above. We are not able to accept returns for change of mind or for material that arrived as filmed and described.
If you are uncertain about a lot, ask for more video first. We would rather film three more minutes of footage than have material travel twice.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Order minimum and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a lot has
shipped, the terms above apply.
