Where we ship
We ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and interested in a lot, email us at:

 and we will see what we can arrange.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery
address. We do not mark up shipping — you pay the carrier rate.
We ship USPS, and you can choose between Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and
Priority Mail Express at checkout.
Orders over 31 kg ship as multiple boxes or freight. Checkout will show an estimate for
these, and we will contact you with the actual cost and refund any difference.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Mineral lots are packed
individually and we do not rush this part.
You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Packing
Every lot is packed individually in bubble and paper inside a double-wall box, with
packing chosen for the material in that lot. Weights listed on each product are specimen weight only; packing materials add to the shipped weight, which is accounted for in the rate you see at checkout.

Local pickup
Pickup is available by appointment in Cloverdale, California. Select local pickup at
checkout and email us to arrange a time — we will send the pickup address. Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days.

Damage or problems in transit
See our Refund Policy for what to do if a lot arrives damaged. Photograph the box and
contents before unpacking further, and email us within 3 days of delivery.
