These are display-scale plates, 4.2 to 7.5 inches wide, each carrying a set of well-formed terminations rather than a single dominant point. Clarity runs from water-clear terminations through soft milky and smoky-grey bodies, with a light frosted texture on some faces and glassy polish on others. Growth is varied across the lot: stepped cathedral formation on one, a double-terminated crystal, and elsewhere smaller secondary points crowding the sides of the larger crystals and running down onto the base.
One plate carries warm orange iron oxide sealed inside and beneath the terminations, giving that section a golden cast in the light against the clear and grey around it. Fine internal veiling and small included specks show up through the clearer faces.
